AEF Grant Points of Agreement

As a grant recipient, I agree to:

• Ensure purchased equipment/materials remain at the school.
• Abide by the dates in the Educators: Important Dates section on the right-had side of every page on the grant website.
• Submit an online Grant Report at the completion of your grant.
• Return unused funds to AEF.
• Comply with AUSD policies.
• Ensure grant funds are not used to influence legislation within the meaning of the Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3).
• Use funds only for my awarded grant and not transfer funds or use them for another project without prior agreement by AEF.
